Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Artizan handles personal data in Curriculo PT. It is meant to clearly describe what we collect, why we use it, when a resume may become public, and how to contact us about privacy matters.

Curriculo PT is operated by Artizan.

For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, deletion requests, or other data-related matters, contact geral@artizan.pt.

Data we process

We process only the data needed to provide and improve the service.

Account data, including the email address and name connected to registration.
Resume content that you manually add, such as summary, experience, education, skills, languages, links, and other sections.
Profile image data if you upload an avatar.
Resume settings, including the public slug, theme, presentation preferences, and visibility options.
Technical events related to public resume usage, including views, viewed locale, available referrer, user agent, and QR scan flags.

How we use data

We use data to provide authentication, editing, storage, optional publication, and resume sharing.

When you choose to publish a resume, that version can be accessed through a direct link and, if you enable indexing, may also be indexed by search engines.

Public views, technical downloads, and QR scans are used for product operation, file generation, and basic metrics for the shared resume.

Infrastructure and processors

We rely on third-party infrastructure required to operate the service.

Supabase is used for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
PDF generation runs on the server via Puppeteer using the public resume content available at the time of the request.
QR generation creates technical images of the public resume URL without adding optional marketing cookies.

Cookies and local storage

The product currently uses essential storage only.

A locale cookie to keep PT or EN selected while browsing.
Supabase authentication and session cookies when you are signed in.

Retention and user requests

We keep data while the account and resume remain active, or as long as it is needed to operate the service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Self-service account deletion is not yet available in the interface. If you want deletion, access, correction, or additional privacy information, send your request to geral@artizan.pt.
